Who is responsible

Recode Apps is responsible for enquiries made through this website. Contact us at developers@recodeapps.com for privacy questions or requests.

What we collect and why

If you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message. Company, budget and timeline are optional. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in your message.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, or our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry where that basis applies. We do not use enquiry details for marketing lists or automated decisions through this site.

Name, email and message are needed to respond through the form. You can instead email us directly. If you choose not to provide contact details, we cannot reply.

Who receives it

Our website host handles technical requests and may hold security or access logs. Authorised Recode Apps staff handle enquiries. Email and delivery providers handle messages needed to send and receive them.

Online form delivery is currently unavailable. Email enquiries are handled through our email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while we need them to answer your request, manage any resulting work, and meet applicable legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We then delete or anonymise them. Ask us about the period that applies to your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and may object to processing where applicable. Rights depend on the law and circumstances. Email developers@recodeapps.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information.

You may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. If EU data protection law applies to you, you may also complain to the supervisory authority in your EU country.
